وعلى الرغم من هذه الإنجازات، فما زال أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجه الحكومة هو القدرة على إيجاد التوازن بين التنمية الاقتصادية وحماية حقوق الإنسان، حيث إن هذا يشكل أحد المجالات التي ينبغي أن توليها الحكومة اهتماماً جدّياً في الوقت الذي تسعى للحصول على المساعدة من الأسرة الدولية، بما فيها آلية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان.

In spite of these achievements, one of the major challenges still remaining for the Government is the ability to strike a balance between economic development and human rights protection, and it is one of the areas to which the Government needs to devote serious attention while seeking the help of the international community, including the United Nations human rights machinery.

Несмотря на эти успехи, перед правительством по-прежнему стоят серьезные проблемы, одна из которых связана с необходимостью нахождения нужного баланса между экономическим развитием и защитой прав человека.
