The present invention relates to a buried LED light-emitting device able to adapt to changes in terrain, comprising: an upper plate part which includes an LED performing a light-emitting function, and a control part for controlling the light emission of the LED; at least one pillar part which is either joined to or integrally formed with the lower side of the upper plate part; a lower plate part which is provided with at least one recess of a size able to contain the pillar part, and in which the recess is provided with at least one spring able to support the pillar part; and a first flooding-preventing part which is formed so as to surround the empty space between the upper plate and the lower plate; wherein height is adjusted through the functioning of the pillar part and the spring provided between the upper plate and the lower plate, when there is pressure from above.

본 발명은 지형의 변화에 적응 가능한 매립형 엘이디 발광 장치에 관한 것으로서, 발광 기능을 수행하는 엘이디 및 상기 엘이디의 발광을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 상판부; 상판부의 하부 측에 결합하거나 일체로 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 기둥부; 상기 기둥부를 포함할 수 있는 크기의 홈을 적어도 하나 이상 구비하며, 상기 홈에는 상기 기둥부를 지지할 수 있는 스프링을 적어도 하나 이상 구비하는 하판부; 및 상기 상판부와 하판부 사이의 빈 공간을 감싸는 형태로 형성되는 제1 침수 방지부를 포함하되, 상측으로부터의 압력이 있는 경우, 상기 상판부와 하판부 사이에 구비되는 기둥부 및 스프링의 기능에 의해 높이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지형의 변화에 적응 가능한 매립형 엘이디 발광 장치를 제공한다.
