ولم يحدث أنَّ أيَّةَ هيئة من الهيئات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان لم تستنتج أن عقوبة الإعدام الإلزامية، التي يُحكَمُ بها في سنغافورة على حيازة كميات صغيرة جداًّ من المخدرات، تشكل انتهاكاً للقانون الدولي.
