Communications between suppliers or contractors and the procuring entity referred to in articles # and # (a) # (d) # (b) to (f) and # update for revisions to Model Law] may be made by a means of communication that does not provide a record of the confirmation content of the communication provided that, immediately thereafter, confirmation of the communication is given to the recipient of the communication in a form which provides a record of the content of the communication and is accessible so as to be usable for subsequent reference.”
