Sind der Kommission Fälle von britischen Staatsbürgern bekannt, die in Italien leben und arbeiten, und ein im Vereinigten Königreich zugelassenes Kraftfahrzeug nur unter Schwierigkeiten versichern können, bzw. Fälle, in denen die Versicherung für diese Gemeinschaftsbürger unter weniger günstigen Bedingungen abgeschlossen wird, als für italienische Staatsbürger, die in Italien zugelassene Pkw fahren?

Γνωρίζει άραγε η Επιτροπή ότι βρετανοί υπήκοοι που ζούν και εργάζονται στην Ιταλία δυσκολεύονται να εξασφαλίσουν ασφαλιστική κάλυψη για τα αυτοκίνητά τους που φέρουν βρετανικές πινακίδες κυκλοφορίας ενώ ακόμη και όταν συνάψουν ασφαλιστήρια συμβόλαια, οι όροι των εν λόγω συμβολαίων είναι λιγότερο ευνοϊκοί από τους όρους που ισχύουν για τους ιταλούς πολίτες που οδηγούν αυτοκίνητα με ιταλικές πινακίδες κυκλοφορίας;

Is the Commission aware of cases of British citizens living and working in Italy where motor insurance is difficult to secure because they own a British-registered car, and where motor insurance is secured it is on less favourable terms than for Italian nationals driving Italian-registered cars?

¿Tiene conocimiento la Comisión de los casos de ciudadanos británicos que residen y trabajan en Italia, a los cuales les resulta difícil contratar un seguro de automóvil debido a que poseen un vehículo matriculado en el Reino Unido, y que, en caso de conseguir el seguro del automóvil, lo hacen en condiciones menos favorables que los ciudadanos de nacionalidad italiana que conducen automóviles matriculados en Italia?

La Commission sait-elle que des citoyens britanniques, vivant et travaillant en Italie, éprouvent des difficultés à faire assurer leur véhicule parce que celui-ci est immatriculé en Grande-Bretagne et que, lorsque cette assurance automobile leur est accordée, ils bénéficient de conditions moins favorables que les ressortissants italiens qui conduisent une voiture immatriculée en Italie.
