وإذ تحيط علما بتقرير المراجعة الذي أعده مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية عن المعهد والذي يتضمن تقييما إيجابيا لأثر عمل المعهد، ويوصي بأن يسعى المعهد للحصول على التمويل الكافي من الميزانية العادية لكي يتسنى له أن يغطي على نحو أفضل تكاليف موظفيه الأساسيين وأنه ينبغي للمعهد أن يقوم، بالتشاور مع مجلس أمنائه، بإنشاء وظائف محددة للقيام بالمهام الأساسية للمعهد،

Kenntnis nehmend von dem Prüfungsbericht des Amtes für interne Aufsichtsdienste über das Institut, in dem die Wirkung der Arbeit des Instituts positiv bewertet und dem Institut empfohlen wird, sich um ausreichende Finanzmittel aus dem ordentlichen Haushalt zu bemühen, um die Kosten für sein Kernpersonal besser decken zu können, und im Benehmen mit seinem Kuratorium konkrete Stellen für die Kernaufgaben des Instituts zu schaffen

Taking note of the audit report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the Institute, which makes a positive assessment of the impact of the work of the Institute and recommends that the Institute should seek adequate funding from the regular budget to better meet the costs of its core staff and that the Institute, in consultation with its Board of Trustees, should establish specific posts for the core functions of the Institute
