The present invention provides a device for inspecting a flat panel, wherein the invention: enables the light transmitted or reflected from the flat panel to be incident on the flat panel again by using a retro-reflecting plate; and forms an image by blocking, with a knife edge, the light irregularly reflected and refracted from a deformation unit of the flat panel, whereby the invention shows high sensitivity and is configured in goggles form so that an observer can wear the invention.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'inspecter un panneau plat, l'invention faisant en sorte que la lumière transmise ou réfléchie par le panneau plat soit de nouveau incidente sur le panneau plat par utilisation d'une plaque rétroréfléchissante, et formant une image en occultant, à l'aide d'une arête de couteau, la lumière réfléchie et réfractée de manière irrégulière par une unité de déformation du panneau plat, l'invention présentant ainsi une grande sensibilité et étant mise sous forme de lunettes afin qu'un observateur puisse porter l'invention.

본 발명은 평판패널에서 투과되거나 반사된 빛을 재귀반사판을 이용하여 다시 평판패널에 입사시키고, 평판패널의 변형부에서 불규칙하게 반사 굴절되는 광을 나이프 에지로 차단시켜 결상시킴으로써 민감도가 높으며 관찰자가 착용할 수 있도록 고글형태로 구성되는 평판패널 검사장치를 개시하고 있다.
