وفي إطار الإصلاح، أسندت مسؤولية الإشراف والترخيص للنشاطات وفقاً لقانون الخدمات الاجتماعية قانون الدعم والخدمات الموجهين لذوي إعاقات وظيفية معينة إلى المجلس الوطني للصحة والرفاه ابتداء من عام 2010، وهو يقوم بأعمال التنسيق بإشراف من الخدمات الطبية والصحية.

The reform means that, as from 2010, the responsibility for supervision and licensing activities according to the Social Services Act and LSS has been transferred to the National Board of Health and Welfare, where it is co-ordinated with the supervision of health and medical service.

La reforma introducida implica que, a partir de 2010, la responsabilidad de las actividades de supervisión y otorgamiento de permisos en el marco de la Ley de servicios sociales y la LSS quedó transferida al Consejo Nacional de Salud y Bienestar, donde se la coordina con la supervisión de los servicios médicos y de salud.
