A transducing mycobacteriophage of the present invention comprises a conditional mycobacteriophage containing an E . coli bacteriophage lambda cosmid inserted into a non-essential region of the mycobacteriophage, said cosmid containing a mutated DNA substrate which is homologous to a wildtype nucleic acid sequence of a slow-growing mycobacterium.

Un mycobactériophage de transduction selon la présente invention comprend un mycobactériophage conditionnel contenant un cosmide de bactériophage lambda de E.coli introduit dans une région non essentielle du mycobactériophage, ce cosmide contenant un substrat d'ADN mutant, homologue d'une séquence d'acide nucléique de type sauvage d'un mycobactérium à croissance lente.
