The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an infrared-sensitive color developing composition, which develops a color at a high density by means of infrared light exposure, and which is suppressed in color fading over time; a lithographic printing original plate which has extremely excellent plate inspectability and good storage stability, while being capable of maintaining high color developability; a plate making method for a lithographic printing plate, which uses this lithographic printing original plate; and a novel compound which is suitable for use as an infrared-sensitive color developer.

La présente invention concerne : une composition de révélation chromogène sensible aux infrarouges, qui révèle une couleur à une densité élevée au moyen d'une exposition à une lumière infrarouge, et qui est supprimée en terme de décoloration au fil du temps ; une plaque d'original d'impression lithographique qui présente une excellente aptitude à l'inspection de plaque et une bonne stabilité au stockage, tout en étant apte à maintenir une grande aptitude au développement chromogène ; un procédé de fabrication de plaque pour une plaque d'impression lithographique, qui utilise cette plaque d'original d'impression lithographique ; et un nouveau composé approprié comme révélateur chromogène sensible aux infrarouges.
