Some of these commitments are measured using actuarial studies, so that the present values of the vested obligations for commitments with personnel are quantified based on an individual member data. They are recognized under the heading “Provisions – Other provisions” in the accompanying consolidated balance sheets (see Note 25). The cost of these benefits provided by Spanish entities in the BBVA Group to active employees are recognized under the heading “Personnel expenses - Other personnel expenses” in the consolidated income statements (see Note 46.1).

Parte de estos compromisos se cuantifica en base a estudios actuariales, de forma que los valores actuales de las obligaciones devengadas por el personal se ha cuantificado en bases individuales y se encuentra registrada en el epígrafe “Provisiones - Otras provisiones” de los balances consolidados (ver Nota 25). El coste de los beneficios sociales facilitados por las sociedades españolas del Grupo BBVA a empleados en activo se registra con cargo a la cuenta “Gastos de personal - Otros gastos de personal” de las cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias consolidadas (ver Nota 46.1).
