وأشير إلى أنّ الفقرة 2 من المادة 2 لا يُقصد منها أن تشمل خطابات الاعتماد أو الكفالات المصرفية نظرا لأنها مقصورة على المستندات أو الصكوك "القابلة للإحالة".
