Under article # of Act No # as amended, “all documents and information relating to transactions involving gold, silver or platinum, such as the nature, number, weight and standard of items and pieces made of gold, silver or platinum, whether bought or sold, and the names and addresses of the persons who sold them and of those on whose behalf the financial institutions purchased them, must be entered in a register retained for five years”
