وأشار إلى وجود حوالي 410 قضايا لا تزال تنتظر البت فيها أمام محكمة البوسنة والهرسك، وتقف اللجنة المعنية بالمطالبات العقارية للمشردين واللاجئين سابقاً موقف المدعى عليه فيها، لكن الإجراءات توقفت منذ انتهاء ولاية اللجنة عام 2009(186).

It noted that there were approximately 410 cases pending before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the former Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees as respondent, but that no action had been taken since the commission’s mandate expired in 2009.
