وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء كثرة حوادث العمل التي تقع في الدولة الطرف، وإزاء ازدياد عدد هذه الحوادث بنسبة تتجاوز 50 في المائة خلال الفترة بين عامي 1996 و2002.
