On the instructions of my Government, I have the honour to transmit herewith the text of a statement by an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates conveying the official decision of the Government of the United Arab Emirates to break off diplomatic relations with the Taliban Government of Afghanistan.
