One of my favorite meals of all times is CHIFA, is consistent, always comes in big portions, is served fast, it always comes hot to your table, price is very convenient, is yummy and, did I mention that comes in big portions?... Since I have memory most of my family meals out had been at a Chifa, and I can venture to say that there is no Peruvian (from a big or a small city) that hasn’t tried at least once this local cuisine.

Una de mis comidas favoritas de todos los tiempos es el CHIFA, es consistente, siempre viene en porciones grandes, se sirve rápido, siempre llega caliente a su mesa, el precio es muy conveniente, es delicioso y, ¿mencioné que viene en porciones grandes? ... Desde que tengo memoria de la mayoría de las comidas familiares dieron en un Chifa, y me atrevo a decir que no hay peruano que venga de una ciudad grande o pequeña, que no haya probado al menos una vez que esta cocina local.
