(৭) বিদ্যুত্ আইনে যা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, কমিশন, লিখিত আদেশ দ্বারা, বিদ্যুত্ উত্পাদন এবং এনার্জি সঞ্চালন, বিতরণ বা সরবরাহ কাজে নিযুক্ত কোন লাইসেন্সী এর অধীন টেলিগ্রাফ কর্তৃপক্ষের টেলিগ্রাফ লাইন ও পোস্ট বসানো সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে যেই ক্ষমতা রয়েছে সেই ক্ষমতা, আদেশে উল্লিখিত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে, অর্পণ করতে পারবে।

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Electricity Act, the Commission, by an order in writing, may delegate to a licencee who is engaged in power generation, transmission, distribution or supply of energy, such powers as are vested under Telegraph Authority for construction and installation of Telegraph line under the subject to the fulfillment of conditions mentioned in the order.
