An LNG regasification and generation merging apparatus of the present invention uses and stores cold energy of LNG in a heat transfer medium, and cools the air entering a gas turbine system and the hot steam generated in an HRSG system by using the heat transfer medium, thereby saving a large amount of unnecessarily used energy.
