ترحب باقتراح اللجنة المتعلق بدارسة جدوى إنشاء آلية دولية لدعم وتعزيز أنشطة البحث والتطوير في البلدان النامية وفي الميادين الحاسمة بالنسبة إلى البلدان النامية، ولا سيما في ميادين الصحة والتعليم والزراعة؛

Welcomes the proposal of the Commission on a study of the feasibility of establishing an international mechanism for supporting and enhancing research and development within the developing countries and in areas critical to the developing countries, especially in the fields of health, education and agriculture;

Acoge con beneplácito la decisión de la Comisión de estudiar la viabilidad de establecer un mecanismo internacional que apoye y fomente las actividades de investigación y desarrollo en los países en desarrollo y en esferas decisivas para esos países, en particular en los sectores de la salud, la educación y la agricultura;

Se félicite de la proposition de la Commission visant à étudier la possibilité de créer un mécanisme international pour appuyer et promouvoir la recherche-développement dans les pays en développement et dans les domaines qui revêtent un intérêt particulier pour ces pays, notamment la santé, l’éducation et l’agriculture;
