Η θέσπιση ενός κωδικού σήμανσης στους δίσκους CD (SID), η οποία έγινε δεκτή από τους παραγωγούς δίσκων CD της Βουλγαρίας και από τη Διεθνή Ομοσπονδία Φωτογραφικής και Μαγνητοσκοπικής Βιομηχανίας (IFPI), θα καταστήσει δυνατή, σε περίπτωση που εφαρμοστεί, την προσκόμιση αδιαμφισβητήτων στοιχείων όσον αφορά την παραγωγή των δίσκων και συνεπώς την προστασία των ευρωπαίων παραγωγών που κατέχουν πνευματικά δικαιώματα.

The introduction of an identification code on CDs (SID), which has been agreed by the Bulgarian CD manufacturers and the International federation of phonographic industries (IFPI) will, if properly applied, provide irrefutable evidence about the manufacturing source and will enable the enforcement of the protection of European right holders.
