Through participation in international expositions, advancing the linguistic and cultural rights of French speaking Canadians through participation in La Francophonie, as well as through advancing cultural rights through bilateral and multilateral cooperation, International Affairs Branch has been contributing to meet Canada’s obligations under the Covenant.
