يبقي الممثل المقيم إدارة شؤون الإعلام على علم بأي تغيب مقرر عن مركز عمله، ويتيح مقدما اسم الممثل المقيم بالنيابة وتفاصيل الاتصال به؛

The Resident Representative will keep the Department of Public Information informed of any planned absence from his/her duty station, providing in advance the name and contact details of the Acting Resident Representative;

Informar al Departamento de Información Pública en caso de que piense ausentarse de su lugar de destino y proporcionar de antemano el nombre y la dirección del representante residente interino;

Le représentant résident informe le Département de l’information de toute absence prévue de son lieu d’affectation, en transmettant à l’avance le nom du représentant résident par intérim et la manière d’entrer en contact avec lui/elle;
