The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor lighting apparatus in which a first sealing unit finishes both ends of a housing attachable to at least one clamping unit formed along the longitudinal direction of a raceway and in which a second sealing unit surrounds the tops and bottoms of both edges of an optical element disposed at the bottom surface of the housing.
