اتخاذ جميع التدابير المناسبة لتعزيز وتحسين نوعية نظام التعليم العام، مع إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب للعلوم والرياضيات وغيرهما من المواضيع التقنية، وذلك لضمان إتاحة الفرص للنساء والفتيات، وإمكانية وصولهن إليها، بطريقة متساوية مع الرجال؛
