Ich weiß nicht, warum so etwas passiert und auch nicht, warum Gitarristen sich mit Pseudo-Kompositionen auseinandersetzen, die nichts anderes sind als notierte Improvisationen mit geringer kompositorischer Substanz, oder warum es eine Bereicherung des Programms sein soll, Pop- oder Folk-Musik in das Programm zu streuen.

I don’t know why such things are going on, and I also don’t understand why guitarists are preoccupied with would-be compositions that are nothing but scripted improvisations with little if any compositional substance; or how the programme is supposed to benefit from pop or folk music being slipped in.
