UNMIK, in coordination with OSCE and other stakeholders, continued to monitor and to advise the Ministry of Communities and Return and local governments on the development and implementation of return policies to create conditions for sustainable return, and to monitor developments with respect to the effective reintegration of returnees, and advised relevant authorities on the implementation of the existing policy framework for the reintegration of repatriated persons
