本次项目招标范围包括但不限于:33台单机容量为1500kW风力发电机组及箱变接地工程设计(包含设计所必须的每台风机与箱变的现场踏勘、土壤电阻率测试等相关工作 ) 、 施工(包括预埋箱变接地扁钢及全部相关施工材料和设备及其附件的采购、接地极与设备的连接 ) 、 测试(含气象部门最终检测及所需其他第三方检测 ) 、 竣工验收和为完成本工程所需的其他所有工作。
