Predstavnici Ugovornog tijela, Suzana Derk i Marko Perić iz Agencije za regionalni razvoj RH, uz podršku predstavnice Operativne strukture Krunčice Rakić iz Ministarstva regionalnoga razvoja i fondova EU te predstavnika Zajedničkog tehničkog sekretarijata Dragana Đurišića, Sanje Todrorović i Perice Pušića, korisnicima su približili upravljanje projektom, izvještavanje i zahtjeve za plaćanjem, izmjene ugovora, sekundarnu nabavu, dokumentiranje troškova i oslobođenje od PDV-a te komunikacija i vidljivost na EU projektima te održali popratne vježbe.
