وترِد الإشارة إلى "ممثلي" الجهة المشترية في صيغة الجمع في هذه الأحكام لأنَّ استخدام لجان مؤلّفة من عدة أعضاء يُعتبر ممارسة جيدة، وبالأخص في مجال مكافحة الفساد.
