The swab for the selective coating of a functional fluid of the present invention comprises: a first stick made of a soft material in which one of two ends is formed as an open-ended tube and which is provided with a first space filled with a functional fluid on the inside; water-absorbing parts which are coupled to the two ends on the outer peripheral edges of the first stick; and a second stick which is provided in the form of a tube closed at both ends that is coupled inside the first stick in the length direction, is supported by the first stick at the closed end and has a second space filled with a functional fluid on the inside, and which is made of a material stronger than the first stick such that the functional fluid filling the second space can be made to flow into the first space due to a crack created by a bending stress applied through the first stick.

본 발명의 기능성 액체의 선택적 도포용 면봉은 양단부 중 일단이 개구된 튜브 형태로 형성되어 내부에 기능성 액체를 충진하는 제1공간이 마련된 연성의 재질로 이루어진 제1스틱과, 상기 제1스틱의 외주연 양단에 결합되는 흡수부와, 상기 제1스틱 내부에 길이 방향으로 결합되어 제1스틱에 패쇄된 일단에 지지되고 내부에는 기능성 액체를 충진하는 제2공간을 갖으며 양단부가 폐쇄된 튜브 형태로 마련되되, 상기 제1스틱 보다 큰 강도를 갖는 재질로 이루어져 제1스틱을 통해 가해지는 굽힘응력으로 발생되는 균열에 의해 제2공간에 충진된 기능성액체를 제1공간으로 유입시킬 수 있도록 하는 제2스틱으로 구성한다.
