وأثناء تحضيرها للاجتماع السابع لمؤتمر الاطراف، ومع مراعاة العملية البطيئة للتفاوض بشأن بعض الاتفاقات الإطارية، قامت الأمانة في أوائل آب/أغسطس # ، بالاتصال بالعديد من الحكومات المضيفة بهدف الحصول منها على معلومات مستكملة حتى تتمكن من إعداد التقرير الذي يقدم إلى الاجتماع السابع لمؤتمر الأطراف حول مركز المشاورات الداخلية، والخطوات المتبقية قبل التوقيع، وعما إذا كان التصديق من جانب الهيئة التشريعية مطلوب، وإلى جانب إطار زمني إشاري قبل التوقيع

In its preparation for the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties, and taking into consideration the slow process of negotiation of some of the framework agreements, in early August # the Secretariat contacted several host Governments with a view to obtaining updated information in order to be able to report to the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties on the status of internal consultations, the remaining steps to be undertaken before signature, whether ratification by the legislature would be required and an indicative timeframe before signing

Dans le cadre de ses préparatifs en vue de la septième réunion de la Conférence des Parties et tenant compte de la lenteur du processus de négociation de certains des accords-cadres, le secrétariat a contacté plusieurs gouvernements hôtes au début du mois d'août # afin d'obtenir des informations actualisées et de pouvoir faire rapport à la septième réunion de la Conférence des Parties sur l'état d'avancement des consultations internes, les démarches qu'il reste à faire, la nécessité éventuelle d'une ratification par le corps législatif, et un délai indicatif de signature
