L 103 vom 25.04.1979, S. 1 )) das Donautal zwischen Regensburg und Vilshofen und das Isarmündungsgebiet nicht als Schutzgebiet im Sinn der EG-Vogelschutzrichtlinie ausgewiesen hat?

Γνωρίζει η Επιτροπή ότι η Ομοσπονδιακή Δημοκρατία της Γερμανίας, παραβιάζοντας το άρθρο 4, παρ. 1 και 2, της κοινοτικής οδηγίας 79/409/ΕΟΚ ((ΕΕ L 103 της 25.04.1979, σελ. 1. )) περί της διατηρήσεως των αγρίων πτηνών, δεν ανεγνώρισε την κοιλάδα του Δουνάβεως μεταξύ του Regensburg και του Vilshofen και την περιοχή των εκβολών του ποταμού Ίζαρ ως ζώνες προστασίας σύμφωνα με το πνεύμα της εν λόγω οδηγίας;

Is the Commission aware that the Federal Republic of Germany, in contravention of Article 4(1) and (2) of Directive 79/409/EEC ((OJ L 103, 25.4.1979, p.1. )) on the conservation of wild birds, has not designated the Danube valley between Regensburg and Vilshofen or the area at the mouth of the Isar as protection areas within the meaning of the directive?
