عدم وجود برامج أو دورات ممنهجة لتدريب المهنيين على التعرف المبكر على جميع الأطفال الذين يعيشون في الدولة الطرف ممن قد يكونون ضحايا الجرائم المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول الاختياري وإعادة تأهيلهم وإدماجهم في المجتمع؛

The lack of systematic programmes or training of professionals on ensuring early identification, rehabilitation and social integration for all children living within the State party who may have been victims of offences under the Optional Protocol; and

La falta de programas o cursos de formación sistemáticos para los profesionales sobre la identificación temprana, la rehabilitación y la integración social de todos los niños que viven en el Estado parte y que pueden haber sido víctimas de los delitos mencionados en el Protocolo facultativo; y

L’absence de programmes ou de cours de formation systématiques visant à permettre aux professionnels concernés de procéder rapidement à la détection, la réadaptation et la réinsertion sociale de tout enfant vivant dans l’État partie qui aurait pu être victime d’infractions visées par le Protocole facultatif;
