The other three alternative use agreements are the following: the Active Pass (Georgina Point) lightstation will be used as a community park under an agreement with the Capital Regional District on behalf of the Mayne Island Parks and Recreation Commission; the East Point lightstation will be managed by Saturna Island community groups under a similar agreement with the Capital Regional District; and the Point Atkinson lightstation will be added to Lighthouse Park under a lease held by the City of West Vancouver.

Les trois autres ententes concernent les phares suivants : le phare d'Active Pass (Georgina Point) sera utilisé comme parc communautaire en vertu d'un accord conclu avec le District régional de la capitale au nom de la Mayne Island Parks and Recreation Commission, le phare d'East Point sera géré par des groupes communautaires de l'île Saturna en vertu d'un accord semblable conclu avec le District régional de la capitale, et le phare de Point Atkinson sera inclus dans le parc Lighthouse en vertu d'un bail détenu par la ville de Vancouver ouest.
