El motivo principal, según la nota enviada a Fides desde la diócesis de Nezahualcóyotl, es precisamente el deseo de manifestar públicamente, agradecer, proteger, y promover los valores de la vida, de la paz y la familia: “Considerando responsablemente que no se puede permanecer insensible o indiferente a las diversas situaciones que se presentan como problemáticas en nuestra diócesis de Nezahualcóyotl y en la sociedad en general y que intentan ser resueltas por caminos contrarios a nuestros principios desde la luz del Evangelio”, dice la nota.
