Specifically, it would be useful to know whether — in the light of Article 125 of the regulation, laying down the rules for the mandatory negotiation of terms under an agreement within the trade, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 209 — farmers’ organisations, as part of an agreement within the trade, can conclude a joint agreement with a single processing company to accept an agreed minimum price instead of the minimum price laid down in the regulation.

En particular, resultaría importante saber si, a la luz de lo establecido en el art. 125 del citado reglamento, en el que se fijan las normas de obligada negociación en el seno de un acuerdo interprofesional, en combinación con lo dispuesto en el art. 209 del mismo, las organizaciones profesionales agrarias podrían pactar conjuntamente, en el marco de un acuerdo interprofesional, suscribir con una sola empresa transformadora un precio mínimo convencional que sustituya al precio mínimo establecido en el Reglamento (UE) n° 1308/2013.
