Kenntnis nehmend von dem Aktionsplan, den der Generalsekretär der Internationalen Fernmeldeunion dem Verwaltungsausschuss für Koordinierung vorgelegt hat und der die Abhaltung eines Weltgipfels über die Informationsgesellschaft sowie die Einsetzung eines hochrangigen Organisationsausschusses für den Gipfel durch den Verwaltungsausschuss für Koordinierung betrifft, wobei dieser Ausschuss unter dem Vorsitz des Generalsekretärs der Internationalen Fernmeldeunion stehen und aus den Leitern derjenigen Stellen der Vereinten Nationen und anderer internationaler Organisationen bestehen soll, die an der Teilnahme an dem zu dem Gipfel führenden Prozess interessiert sind
