At the time of presentation of Interim Budget Estimates 2016-2017, the Union Budget for 2016-2017 was not presented, so the State's share in Central Taxes devolution had been projected at Rs.23,688.11 crores by assuming a growth rate of 12 per cent over 2015-2016.
