وفضلا عما سبق، قامت البـرازيل والأرجنتين بإنشاء الوكالة البرازيلية - الأرجنتينية للمسـاءلة عن المـواد النـووية ومراقبتها، وتتولى هذه الوكالة مهمة إدارة النظام المشترك للمسـاءلة عن جميع الأنشطة النووية في البـرازيل والأرجنتين، ومراقبتها، وتطبيق هذا النظام، بغية العمـل، طبقـا لأغراض الاتفاق الثنائي الذي تم بموجبه إنشاء الوكالة، على كفالـة عدم تحويل أية مواد، أو استخدامها، بأسلوب غير ملائم أو غير مصرح بــه.

In addition, Brazil and Argentina have established the Brazil-Argentine Agency for Accounting and Control of Nuclear Material (ABACC), which is responsible for the administration and application of the Common System of Accounting and Control (SCCC) of all nuclear activities in Brazil and Argentina, with a view to ensuring that no material is diverted or used in an inappropriate or unauthorized manner, in conformity with the purposes of the Bilateral Agreement that created the Agency.

Además, el Brasil y la Argentina han establecido la Agencia Brasileño-Argentina de Contabilidad y Control de Materiales Nucleares (ABACC), que se encarga de la administración y aplicación del Sistema Común de Contabilidad y Control (SCCC) de todas las actividades nucleares en el Brasil y la Argentina, para velar por que ningún tipo de material se desvíe ni utilice de manera inadecuada o no autorizada, de conformidad con los fines del acuerdo bilateral por el cual se creó la Agencia.
