The monoacetyldiacylglycerol compound of the present invention has an excellent effect of suppressing IL-4 and IgE secretion, thereby overcoming side effects of an atopic dermatitis treatment agent currently in use, having no toxicity, and exhibiting an excellent treatment effect, and thus can be useful as a composition for preventing, treating, and ameliorating atopic dermatitis.
