Buyer may terminate the contract only after ninety (90) days have elapsed after the delivery date of the machinery, and in any case not before notifying BORRELL of the intention to terminate by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, granting BORRELL a thirty-day (30) term from the date of receipt thereof.

El Cliente podrá resolver el contrato únicamente después de que se haya rebasado en noventa (90) días la fecha de entrega de la maquinaria, y en cualquier caso no sin antes haber comunicado a BORRELL su intención mediante carta certificada con aviso de recibo, concediéndole un plazo de 30 días desde la fecha de recibo del mismo.
