وينص قانون المعاشات لعام 1998 على احتساب الفترة التي تكرسها الأم لتعليم أطفالها من دون سن الثالثة (بحد أقصاه ست سنوات) في مدة العمل ومدة الاشتراك في نظام المعاش التقاعدي.

The Law of Turkmenistan on Pensions (1998) stipulates that the duration of work and the duration of pension insurance include care provided by the non‐working mother to her little children until they reach the age of three (for a total of not more than six years).
