Because the criminal protection of invulnerability of flat is not defined in the Law on Housing Relations, it is provided in the Criminal Code, where the special criminal actions are defined relating to the invulnerability of flat, and especially are stated: criminal action of violation of invulnerability of flat; unlawful searching of the flat; robbery; grand larceny from the abandoned or damaged flats
