ووفقاً لهذا التقرير بالذات، من المؤسف أن يستمر أمين المظالم في "تلقي معلومات من زوار من مختلف المنظمات تشير إلى أن بعض كبار ممثلي الإدارة ما زالوا يثنون الموظفين عن الاتصال بأمناء المظالم بل ويهددونهم باتخاذ إجراءات عقابية ضدهم إن هم فعلوا ذلك"( ).

According to this same report it is disappointing that the Ombudsman continues “to receive information from visitors across the organizations suggesting that some very senior representatives of management continue to dissuade staff from contacting the Ombudsmen and even threaten punitive action should they do so”.
