4.4 GOVERNMENT ACCESS 4.4.1 Government, its agents and contractors shall have a right of access to enter, cross and stay on Tetlit Gwich’in Yukon land and use natural resources incidental to such access to deliver, manage and maintain government programs and projects including, but not limited to, the necessary alterations of land and watercourses by earthmoving equipment for routine and emergency maintenance of transportation corridors.
