(5)(a) This Part is without prejudice to the copyright of the European Community in the common face of coins denominated in euro or in cent, and in the artistic work defining the design of any such face, or to the assignment of that copyright by the Commission of the European Communities on behalf of the European Community. (b) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Part, the copyright in the national face of coins issued under section 11 of the Economic and Monetary Union Act, 1998, and the copyright in the artistic work defining the design of any such face shall be perpetual and vests in the Minister for Finance.

4) Nonobstant toute disposition de la présente partie, le droit d’auteur sur les pièces de monnaie mises en circulation en vertu de la loi de 1926 sur la frappe des monnaies, les pièces d’or mises en circulation en vertu de la loi de 1927 sur la monnaie, les pièces de monnaie mises en circulation en vertu de la loi de 1950 sur la frappe des monnaies et les pièces de monnaie mises en circulation en vertu des lois de 1969 à 1990 sur la monnaie décimale et le droit d’auteur sur l’œuvre artistique constituée par le dessin figurant sur toutes ces pièces de monnaie sont perpétuels et appartiennent au ministre des finances.
