D'après la présente invention, dans un dispositif d'affichage permettant d'afficher une image correspondant à des données de texte, si la taille des caractères est modifiée et que, lors de l'affichage d'une image redessinée suite à une opération d'agrandissement, les données de texte sont redessinées et affichées à partir de chaque ligne de l'image redessinée, la ligne contenant la chaîne de texte qui était affichée en position de début sur l'écran d'affichage avant l'opération d'agrandissement est affichée sur la ligne de début de l'écran d'affichage.

文書データに応じた画像を表示する表示装置において、文字サイズを変更して文書データを再レイアウトして表示させる場合に、変倍操作に応じて再レイアウトされた画像を表示させる際、再レイアウトされた画像の各行のうち変倍操作が行われる前に表示画面の先頭位置に表示されていた文字列を含む行を表示画面の先頭行に表示させる。
