In which case, any person who violates any provision of the Act shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment of not less than nine (9) months but not more than twelve (12) years or a fine of not less than One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) nor more than Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) or both such fine and imprisonment upon the discretion of the court.

Toda persona condenada por violación de cualesquiera de las disposiciones de esta ley será pasible de una pena de prisión que no podrá ser inferior a 9 meses ni superior a 12 años o a una multa que no podrá ser inferior a cien mil (100.000) pesos ni superior a quinientos mil (500.000) pesos o ambos, si así lo decide el tribunal.

В этом случае любому лицу, нарушившему любое из положений настоящего закона, по решению суда может быть назначено тюремное заключение на срок не менее девяти (9) месяцев, но не более двенадцати (12) лет, или штраф на сумму не менее ста тысяч песо (100000 песо), но не более пятисот тысяч песо (500000 песо), либо, по усмотрению суда, одновременно такой штраф и тюремное заключение.
