3 Dem Vorlagebeschluß ist zu entnehmen, daß die Tattersalls Ltd, die Klägerin des Ausgangsverfahrens, vor dem High Court of Justice auf Feststellung klagt, daß die vorübergehende Einfuhr der umstrittenen Gegenstände ins Vereinigte Königreich zu Unrecht von der Mehrwertsteuer befreit sei .

3 Από τη Διάταξη περί παραπομπής προκύπτει ότι η Tattersalls Ltd, προσφεύγουσα της κύριας δίκης, άσκησε προσφυγή ενώπιον του High Court of Justice προκειμένου να αναγνωριστεί με δικαστική απόφαση ότι κακώς επιτρέπεται η προσωρινή εισαγωγή στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο των επίμαχων αγαθών με απαλλαγή από τον ΦΠΑ.

3 It appears from the order for reference that Tattersalls Limited, the applicant in the main proceedings, brought an action before the High Court of Justice for an order declaring that it was wrong for the goods in question to be allowed to be temporarily imported into the United Kingdom free of value-added tax .
